There are so many ridiculously awesome benefits of meditation. Here’s some of them.
Increases energy, increases creativity, develops intuition, gain clairity, peace of mind, regulation of emotion, regulation of attention, lowers depression, increased immunity, emotional balance, increases fertility, can relieve irritable bowl syndrome, lowers blood pressure, calmness, it can even help you loose weight! Lowers the levels of blood lactate, reducing anxiety attacks. Decreases any tension-related pain, such as, tension headaches, ulcers, insomnia, muscle and joint problems.

Personally ever since I started doing meditation I’ve noticed that I’m a lot more prone to feeling happy all the time, my intuition and abilities have increased greatly, it’s a lot easier for me to trust the Universe and not worry so much about things that are out of my control, I haven’t had problems going to sleep, and I don’t really get angry anymore. Before I started meditating I was super angry all the time, I was going through a lot at the time but meditation went hand and hand for me when discovering a spiritual way of being, like salt and pepper, vegan friendly mac and cheese, peanut butter and jelly, (on gluten free bread of course). If you haven’t noticed from my food references my diet is pretty healthy. I think meditation opens up a lot of doors for a lot of people, once you inner state improves it begins to reflect in your entire life. Diet, activities, amount of sleep, whether or not you exercise, the people you associate with, etc. Seriously Meditation is a great tool. Since thought become things, if you’re mind is prone to thoughts of anger, worry, panic, saddness, etc. Then meditation could be just what the doctor ordered. Not only has meditation help me change my life, I’ve also seen it change a lot of people’s lives. I recommend meditation to a lot of clients and it really has a great positive impact on them. I’ve taught meditation classes, and noticed a pretty big difference even after one week.
Some people think that meditation is a “chore” which yeah at first it might. But as your mind transforms, so will your perception of it. Meditation is a great way to retrain your brain, and transform your life. There are so many different kinds of meditation that you can experiment with, there’s really no way it can get boring. Meditation is like a treat, or reward. Something to look forward to, like sleep is if you’re super tired. Interested yet?
