Love your body exercise.
Go to the nearest biggest mirror you can find, and go look at your self in the mirror then do something really beautiful and sexy. Give yourself a seductive, or a cute look, play with your hair, dance, drop it like it’s hot, whatever makes you feel hot! You can wear as much or as little clothing as you want during this exercise.

The only time we get long lasting hot bod results is when we feel good about our body, in other words feel beautiful, or sexy!
If we aren’t feeling like we have a hot bod, then we aren’t going to vibrate that out into our world. When we vibrate thoughts and feelings of being ugly, or out of shape, or fat, or too skinny, etc. Then we’re energetically vibrating that we feel bad about the way we look, so we’re only going to attract things that make us feel bad about the way we look, like mean people, or situations that make us feel bad about the way we look.
Sure we can try and get into shape to feel better about ourselves but the results won’t last if it’s not how we’re feeling on the inside, believe me! Exercise, eating healthy while coming from a place of self hatred is not the way to go, its a horrible way to live, and you just feel really bad about yourself all the time and can end up damaging your body in the process. (I did)
When we feel good about the way we look, we vibrate feeling good about the way we look so we attract people and situations that make us feel good and exercise becomes fun, and eating healthy becomes delicious.
Then we stay looking hot forever šŸ˜‰
